October 2022 Handy Devices: Revolving Tool Rack

William Orr, Charlottesville, Virginia, used a discarded 18-inch metal wagon wheel to create a revolving tool rack. He painted the wheel black, threaded a long bolt though the axle hole and hung the unit above his workbench. He used the galvanized clips leftover from a fencing project to create hooks for the hand tools.
