Pull Up the Tailgate:

James Blankenship, Chuckey, Tennessee, finds it difficult to open and close the tailgate to his trailer. To make the job easier, he installed a simple winch and cable to raise and lower the ramp. Note the support he welded at the site of the pulley to increase the strength of the side panel.
