Announced earlier this year, the new T9 Series high-horsepower tractor from New Holland is now appearing on dealer lots across North America.

The new tractor lineup is available in seven models ranging from 370- to 620-rated engine horsepower. It features track or wheel options, and a choice of two transmissions: Ultra Command full PowerShift (standard) and AutoCommand CVT (optional).

All models come with PLM Intelligence designed to "support continuing advancements in precision agriculture," says Luke Zerby, PLM product marketing manager for New Holland, North America. "Through the platform's five-year Advanced Telematics in these models, producers can expect real-time connectivity to their New Holland dealer, improved profitability through remote software updates, diagnostics and data integration, and increased machine uptime. They can also expect the industry best in guidance, an easier operator interface and improved decision-making capability from data analytics." MYPLMCONNECT allows farmers to stay in touch with their equipment fleet at all times from anywhere.

The T9 Series includes all-new in-cab controls that can be customized to the operator. An IntelliView 12-inch monitor offers quick configuration and custom-layout options for each job, 3D maps, touchscreen or encoder navigation, and seamless integration with PLM 1 and PLM 2 guidance subscriptions. Variable hydraulic technology lets operators control eight remote values from any of the 15 in-cab hydraulic buttons while scrolling through the menus and selecting valve control from the touchscreen monitor. Standard or high-flow pumps provide up to 42- and 57-gallon-per-minute (gpm) capacities, respectively. The optional MegaFlow pump delivers up to an extra 56 gpm of hydraulic flow to one bank of remotes.

The redesigned cab and instrument layout reduce obstructions and provide nearly 360-degree visibility. Enhanced features include a multizone HVAC system, power ports, egress lights, restyled seat and armrest to optimize comfort and convenience.
