COLORADO, Cheyenne County. Dryland farm totaling 300 acres sold at public action for $222,600. Average per-acre price was $742. INDIANA, Warrick County. Cropland totaling 2,350 acres sold in an absolute action for $11.25 million. The land was broken into 26 tracts made up of contiguous crop acres, pastures, wooded land, ponds and lakes, a commercial building, grain bins, cattle-handling facilities and a farm headquarters. TWO-STATE SALE, Kansas (Greeley and Wallace counties) and Colorado (Cheyenne county). Property totaling 3,123 acres sold at absolute auction for $4.37 million, or $1,399 per acre. The land was auctioned in 12 tracts, where average prices ranged from $1,200 to $1,700. Cropland area totaled 2,298 acres and had been used in the production of wheat, corn and grain sorghum. KENTUCKY, Henderson County. Rolling crop and pastureland totaling 160 acres sold at absolute auction for $795,544, or $4,972 per acre to multiple buyers. NORTH DAKOTA, Logan County. Crop and pasture totaling 516 acres sold at auction for $1.05 million. The property was divided into four parcels and sold to four buyers.
