Simple Grilled Corn
The Perfect Side-Dish for Summer.
Simple Grilled Corn
Serves: 4 to 8
Total Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking spray or oil
4 ears of sweet corn, shucked and halved
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Salt and pepper
Oil or spray grates to keep corn from sticking. Grill over a medium-high heat. Turn with tongs every minute until char marks are all around the corn. Remove and season with butter, salt and pepper.
