ILLINOIS, Stark County. A 402-acre farm sold at auction in five tracts for $6.3 million, or an average of $15,760 per acre. The soil productivity index on all five tracts ranges from 130 to 139. Parcels one and two, totaling 162 acres, also feature conservation reserve program income, while tract two also includes wind turbine income. The farm includes an 80-acre tract with a soil productivity index of 139, selling for $16,100 per acre. An 80-acre parcel includes a machine shed, while an additional 80-acre tract includes wind turbine income.

IOWA, Worth County. A 178-acre farm sold at auction in one tract for $2 million, or $11,373 per acre. The property includes 170 tillable acres, including about four acres in the CRP, as well as three wind turbines. The farm also includes drain tiling with a soil rating of 80.5.

WISCONSIN, Grant County. A 253-acre farm sold at auction for $3.5 million, or $13,993 per acre. The property is divided into six tracts, including an 11-acre parcel with a farmhouse, two-car garage, seven outbuildings and two grain bins. The farm also includes an 80-acre tract of pasture and recreational ground, a 49-acre tract of tillable farmland, pasture and woods, a 43-acre parcel of mostly cropland, as well as a 38-acre tract with 23 acres of tillable ground. The farm also features a 32-acre parcel of pasture ground and a potential home building site.

KANSAS, Bourbon County. A 283-acre bottom ground farm along the Marmoton River, sold in two parcels in an online auction for $1.1 million, or an average of $4,000 per acre. The first tract includes 52 cropland acres, 39 acres of hay land, nine acres of river and 22 acres of non-crop ground. Parcel two is 98 cropland acres, along with 39 river acres, 17 hay land acres and seven non-crop acres.
