ILLINOIS, Marion County. A 154-acre farm was sold at auction in seven tracts, including six cropland parcels for $1.3 million, or an average of $6,217 per acre. The largest 76-acre cropland tract has a soil productivity index of 106.5 and is 91% tillable. The farm also includes a 26-acre cropland and recreational tract with a soil productivity index of 108.9. The sale also includes four additional tracts ranging from 10 to 17 acres, and five parcels on this farm have a recreation component to the land. In addition, the farm includes a 4-acre building site.

IOWA, Wright County. A 160-acre farm sold at auction for $1.5 million, or $9,200 per acre. The 97% tillable farm has a soil productivity index of 78.6, with 90 corn base acres and a Price Loss Coverage yield of 142 bushels per acre. It also includes 64 soybean base acres with a PLC yield of 36 bushels per acre. The tract is considered non-highly erodible land and does not contain a wetland.

KANSAS, Marion County. A 319-acre farm sold at auction in five tracts for $1.4 million, or an average of $4,676 on tracts with cropland. The property includes a 151-acre parcel of cropland and Conservation Reserve Program ground. The tract includes 41 acres of cropland and 62 acres of CRP with an annual payment of $3,320 through September 2033. The sale also includes a 91-acre parcel of cropland and CRP land. It includes 28 wheat base acres with a yield of 35 bushels per acre, as well as 14 soybean base acres with a yield of 24 bushels per acre. The farm also features a 60-acre tract of cropland that is 76% tillable. The sale also includes two parcels of 14 and 3 acres, primarily for building.

MINNESOTA, Pope County. A 155-acre farm sold at auction in two parcels for $862,598, or an average of $5,525 per acre. A 79-acre tract of cropland with a soil productivity index of 53.9 is 90% tillable. A 76-acre parcel of recreational ground and Conservation Reserve Program land has a soil productivity index of 43.9 and includes 31 CRP acres.
