DTN Daily Basis Comments
Corn, Soybean, All Wheat Basis Stronger
The national average basis for corn was 1 cent stronger at 41 cents under the March futures contract while the DTN National Corn Index was up 1 cent at $3.32. The national average basis for soybeans was 1 cent stronger at 87 cents under the January futures contract while the DTN National Soybean Index was down 2 cents at $8.00. The national average basis for HRW wheat was 1 cent stronger at 46 cents under the March futures contract while the DTN National Hard Red Winter Wheat Index was up 2 cents at $4.46. The national average basis for HRS wheat was 2 cents stronger at 34 cents under the March futures contract while the DTN National Hard Red Spring Wheat Index was down 1 cent at $5.34.

The DTN National Corn Index for Thursday indicated a national average basis of 41 cents under the Chicago March futures contract, 1 cent stronger than Wednesday's basis.
SOYBEANS:The DTN National Soybean Index for Thursday indicated a national average basis of 87 cents under the Chicago January futures contract, 1 cent stronger than Wednesday's basis.
SOFT RED WINTER WHEAT:The DTN National Soft Red Winter Wheat Index for Thursday indicated a national average basis of 39 cents under the Chicago March futures, 3 cents stronger than Wednesday's basis.
HARD RED WINTER WHEAT:The DTN National Hard Red Winter Wheat Index for Thursday indicated a national average basis of 46 cents under the Kansas City March futures contract, 1 cent stronger than Wednesday's basis.
HARD RED SPRING WHEAT:The DTN National Hard Red Spring Wheat Index for Thursday indicated a national average basis of 34 cents under the Minneapolis March futures contract, 2 cents stronger than Wednesday's basis.
