ILLINOIS, Marshall County. A 128-acre farm sold at auction for $1.6 million, or $12,100 per acre. The single tract of farmland has produced corn, soybeans, wheat and oats, and features a crop productivity index of 129.4. The ground has a yield history for corn of 175.9 bushels per acre, 55.7 bushels per acre on soybeans, 68.5 bushels per acre on wheat and 90.7 bushels per acre of oats. The property is subject to an existing lease for the 2026 crop year.

IOWA, Lyon County. A 280-acre farm sold at auction for $5.9 million, or an average of $21,338 per acre. The property sold in four separate tracts, including three of the four as contiguous. Tract one includes 80 acres with a corn base of 76 acres with a Price Loss Coverage yield of 184 bushels per acre. Tract two includes 80 acres and is 99% tillable with half-mile-long rows. The third tract is 40 acres, while the fourth tract includes 80 acres with a corn base of 73 acres and a PLC yield of 184 bushels per acre.

KANSAS, Wichita County. A 320-acre cropland and grassland farm sold at auction for $496,000, or $1,550 per acre. The property includes 147 grassland acres, 65 wheat base acres with a yield of 36 bushels per acre, 53 corn base acres with yields of 123 bushels per acre, along with 44 grain sorghum base acres with a yield of 86 bushels per acre.

NEBRASKA, York County. A 200-acre farm sold at auction for $2.3 million, or $11,500 per acre. The property includes 173 irrigated cropland acres and 25 acres of dryland. It features 154 base corn acres with a PLC yield of 191 bushels per acre, as well as 35 soybean base acres with a PLC yield of 60 bushels per acre. The farm includes class I and II Hastings silt loam soils.
