OMAHA (DTN) -- December corn is down 4 1/4 cents per bushel, November soybeans are down 3 1/2 cents, September KC wheat is up 12 cents, September Chicago wheat is up 8 1/2 cents and September MIAX wheat is up 3 1/4 cents. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 494.37 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.170 and September crude oil is down $1.18 per barrel. December gold is up $158.30 per ounce. Approaching the midweek close, corn, soybeans and products remain lower, but well off the morning lows. Wheat continues to trade higher and reflect concern over the prospect for continued export restrictions in the Black Sea. The forecast ahead for the Corn Belt remains wet for the next week or more.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 456.91 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.140 and September crude oil is down $0.47 per barrel. December gold is up $163.80 per ounce. Midway through the morning, corn, soybeans and soy products are down sharply with wheat showing modest gains on more strife in the Black Sea hampering exports from the world's number one wheat exporter. Crude oil continues to leak lower and has fallen close to $20 per barrel in the past two weeks.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 435.61 points. The U.S. Dollar Index is down 0.160 and September crude oil is down $0.08 per barrel. December gold is up $107.30 per ounce. USDA: private exporters reported sales of 120,000 mt (4.7 mb) of corn to Mexico -- 30,000 mt (1.2 mb) is for 2026/2027 and 90,000 mt (3.5 mb) is for 2027/2028. Corn and beans are under pressure on the wet forecast ahead through mid-August. Wheat is rallying as reciprocal attacks between Russia and Ukraine continue to hamper Black Sea exports.

Livestock

Posted 11:36 -- October live cattle are up $2.13 at $230.025, September feeder cattle are up $2.90 at $349.05, October lean hogs are down $1.48 at $82.875, December corn is down 5 1/4 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $2.20. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 427.93 points and the NASDAQ is down 93.23 points. The cash cattle market is beginning to see some action develop as trade has been noted this morning in Nebraska at mostly $370 which is $2.00 to $3.00 higher than last week's weighted average, but there have been a few traded at $371 as well. Bids of $230 to $235 are currently on the table in the Southern Plains but asking prices in that region are firm at $235.

Posted 08:36 -- October live cattle are up $0.68 at $228.575, September feeder cattle are up $1.23 at $347.375, October lean hogs are down $0.93 at $83.425, December corn is down 3 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $2.60. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 387.92 points and the NASDAQ is up 96.81 points. The livestock complex is off to a mixed start as the cattle contracts continue to rally mildly but the lean hog complex is reluctant to do so with consumer demand wavering. No business has developed yet in the cash cattle market and bids and asking prices remain elusive at this point.
