Butter Price Jumps Above $2
Spot butter price got a fire lit under it, jumping 10 1/4 cents and pushing price back above $2.00. Cheese and nonfat dry milk prices also increased. This initially caused Class III milk futures to jump, but they have since settled down, posting mostly moderate gains.
