IOWA, O'Brien County. A 564-acre farm sold at auction in eight tracts for $10.5 million, or an average of $18,538 an acre. The property includes two 78-acre cropland tracts, including 78 corn base acres with a Price Loss Coverage yield of 168 bushels per acre, as well as 75 soybean base acres with a PLC yield of 50 bushels. The farm includes two 79-acre parcels with a combined 79 corn base acres, also with a PLC yield of 168 bushels per acre, and 74 soybean base acres with a PLC yield of 50 bushels per acre. The sale also includes an 81-acre cropland and Conservation Reserve Program tract, with a 92.1 soil productivity rating. A 75-acre cropland tract with a 93.2 soil productivity rating sold for $21,500 an acre. The farm also includes an 86-acre cropland and CRP tract, along with a seven-acre cropland parcel.

KANSAS, Bourbon County. A 283-acre farm sold in two contiguous tracts in an online auction for $1.1 million, or an average of $4,000 an acre. A 161-acre tract includes 98 acres of cropland, 17 acres of hay land and about seven non-crop acres. The property also includes a 122-acre parcel with 52 acres of cropland, 39 acres of hay land and 22 non-crop acres. The farm is ideal for livestock, crop production, home building and hunting.

MINNESOTA, Otter Tail and Grant counties. An 831-acre farm sold at auction in eight tracts for $7.6 million, or an average of $8,964 per acre on seven cropland tracts. The property includes tracts of 166, 153, 147 and 123 acres. The farm also features two parcels of 59 acres, one 112-acre tract and a 12-acre building site. The soil productivity indexes on the cropland range from 43.2 to 88.3. The farm includes an expansive lakeshore frontage and an 11-acre lakeside farm site with building potential, along with a mix of wetlands and woods.

MISSOURI, Boone County. A 274-acre farm sold at auction in four tracts for $3 million, or an average of $11,375 an acre. The property includes a 109-acre mixed-use parcel with frontage and direct access off a highway. The farm also has a 97-acre mixed-use tract. The farm also has two 34-acre parcels, each with highway and frontage access, along with a pond and woods ideal for hunting. The entire farm is rented out for the 2026 crop year.
