INDIANA, Elkhart County. A 380-acre farm sold at auction in 16 tracts of land for $7.7 million, or an average of $20,265 per acre. Tracts one through five include 118 acres of productive land sold for $2.9 million, or $24,480 per acre. Tract six, which includes 45 tiled acres of productive and tillable land, sold for $1.1 million, or $24,480 per acre. The 69 acres of tracts seven and eight drew $1.1 million, or $15,522 per acre. Tracts nine through 16, which include 149 acres, sold for $2.7 million, or $17,859 per acre. Those eight tracts include a mix of timber acres with deer and tillable farmland.

KANSAS, Washington County. A 231-acre farm sold in two separate tracts at auction for $1.4 million, or an average of $6,113 per acre. A 152-acre tract includes nearly 123 acres of cropland as well as a mile-long creek corridor wildlife habitat. This tract includes about 2.9 acres of Conservation Reserve Program acres. The second tract includes 79 acres of gently sloping farm ground where all acres are planted to wheat for the 2026 season.

MINNESOTA, Rock County. A 162-acre farm of two contiguous tracts sold at auction for $2.8 million, both at $17,000 per acre. A 93-acre tract has a Price Loss Coverage yield of 160 bushels per acre on corn and 47 bushels per acre on soybeans, along with a productivity index of 96.4. The 69-acre farm features a PLC yield of 164 bushels per acre on corn and a PLC yield of 45 bushels per acre on soybeans.

NORTH DAKOTA, Ramsey County. A 240-acre farm sold in two contiguous tracts for $468,000, or an average of $1,975 per acre. A 160-acre tract of land includes 138 tillable acres and a soil productivity index of 68.4, as well as a wetland, selling for $1,900 per acre. An 80-acre tract includes 69 tillable acres and a soil productivity index of 63.6, and it includes wetland as well. Both tracts are available to farm in 2026. The land in both tracts is good for growing spring wheat, peas, corn, sunflowers, soybeans and canola.
