DTN Daily Basis Comments

DAILY BASIS AND CASH INDEX SUMMARY:

The national average basis for corn was unchanged at 18 cents under the December futures contract while the DTN National Corn Index was up 6 cents at $5.26. The national average basis for soybeans was 1 cent stronger at 46 cents under the November futures contract and the DTN National Soybean Index was up 2 cents at $11.92. The national average basis for HRW wheat was 3 cents stronger at 17 cents under the December futures contract and the DTN National Hard Red Winter Wheat Index was up 3 cents at $7.60. The national average basis for HRS wheat was 4 cents stronger at 29 cents under the December futures contract while the DTN National Hard Red Spring Wheat Index was down 1 cent at $9.93.

The national average corn basis for Tuesday is 18 cents under the December futures, unchanged from Monday's basis.

SOYBEANS:

The national average soybean basis for Tuesday is at 46 cents under the November futures, 1 cent stronger Monday's basis.

SOFT RED WINTER WHEAT

The national average SRW wheat basis for Tuesday is at 50 cents under the December futures, 2 cents weaker than Monday's basis.

HARD RED WINTER WHEAT:

The national average HRW wheat basis for Tuesday is at 17 cents under the Kansas City December futures, 1 cent stronger than Monday's basis.

HARD RED SPRING WHEAT:

The national average HRS wheat basis for Tuesday is at 29 cents under the Minneapolis December futures, 4 cents stronger than Monday's basis.
