DTN Daily Basis Comments

DAILY BASIS AND CASH INDEX SUMMARY:

The national average basis for corn was unchanged at 18 cents under the December futures contract and the DTN National Corn Index was also unchanged at $5.20. The national average basis for soybeans was unchanged at 47 cents under the November futures contract while the DTN National Soybean Index was up 17 cents at $11.90. The national average basis for HRW wheat was 2 cents weaker at 20 cents under the December futures contract while the DTN National Hard Red Winter Wheat Index was up 1 cent at $7.58. The national average basis for HRS wheat was 7 cents weaker at 33 cents under the December futures contract while the DTN National Hard Red Spring Wheat Index was up 7 cents at $9.94.

The national average corn basis for Monday is 18 cents under the December futures, unchanged from Friday's basis.

SOYBEANS:

The national average soybean basis for Monday is at 47 cents under the November futures, unchanged from Friday's basis.

SOFT RED WINTER WHEAT

The national average SRW wheat basis for Monday is at 48 cents under the December futures, 1 cent stronger than Friday's basis.

HARD RED WINTER WHEAT:

The national average HRW wheat basis for Monday is at 18 cents under the Kansas City December futures, 2 cents weaker than Friday's basis.

HARD RED SPRING WHEAT:

The national average HRS wheat basis for Monday is at 33 cents under the Minneapolis December futures, 7 cents weaker than Friday's basis.
