ILLINOIS, Kankakee County. A 123-acre farm sold for $12,500 per acre, or $1.54 million, in November. The farm's 119 crop acres have a productivity index of 126.7 and consist of mostly Elliott silt loam and Reddick clay loam soils. It also contains two grain bins.

IOWA, Sioux County. An 80-acre far sold at auction for $28,600 per acre, or $2.29 million. The farm carries an average CSR2 of 89.3 and contains several grass terraces that extend into the adjacent property, which have been farmed together in the past.

KANSAS, Finney County. A 1,500-acre farm sold at auction in November for $3,010 per acre, or $4.52 million. The first two tracts, at 630 and 610 acres respectively, are mostly irrigated crop and grassland with some corners in CRP. Buyers receive 100% of the 2026 wheat crop. The third tract, at 260 acres, is enrolled the CREP program, receiving a $169 per acre payment through 2038.

PENNSYLVANIA, Lancaster County. A 123-acre farm sold at auction for $41,500 per acre, or $5.14 million. The mostly tillable farm also includes a two-story farmhouse, dairy barn with 44 stalls, two farm shops, a 4-car detached garage and other outbuildings. The property is enrolled in Pennsylvania's Clean and Green Program, a tax assessment program that lowers property tax rates for land in agricultural use but triggers stiff penalties if land use changes.
