  • How do I become a Community Member?

Community members enjoy more exclusive DTN content, access to special online sections and newsletters, and can contribute to discussions. To join, click “Join our Community” on the right-hand side of the utility bar at the top of the page. Then enter in your information, and submit. You will be asked to check your email to verify your account, and that’s it!
  • Can I quickly see my weather and Local Grain Bids for my preferred Agribusinesses?

Yes. Community members can save their location, prioritize their commodity interests, and save up to 5 preferred Agribusinesses for Local Grain Bids. Join the Community and access My Account to configure your settings. As a community member, you can also activate any of our five Newsletters to bring DTN’s industry leading forecasts and content to your inbox every day.
  • I joined the Community; now how do I Activate my account?

To activate your account, check your inbox for an email from onlinehelp@dtn.com. Inside you’ll find a link to activate your DTNPF Community account. Be sure to check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. If you cannot find your activation email, try logging in using your email and password. If your account has not yet been activated, you will be given a link to resend the activation email.

  • How do I reset my password?

If you forget your password, select “Log In” from the right-hand side of the utility bar at the top of the screen. From the Log In screen, select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Follow the instructions in the email to set your password.

  • What is an Alias and why do I need one?

Your alias will be displayed in place of your name when you post comments to the Community. An alias is automatically assigned to you to ensure your privacy, and can be changed by accessing My Account while logged in.
