Forecast for Stock Draw Lends Support for Ethanol Prices

Spot ethanol prices were flat to higher in a thinly-traded session Thursday, boosted by market expectations federal data would show a draw from U.S. ethanol inventories occurred last week.

Trade sources said the price upside for ethanol was curbed by a decline in corn futures. Ethanol inventory data will be released Friday morning by the Energy Information Administration.
