INDIANA, Benton and Warren Counties. Quality farmland totaling 720 acres sold to an investment group for $9.5 million. The property sold at an average price of $13,195 per acre. Warren County. A land auction of 359 acres brought the seller $3.85 million, an average of $10,724 per acre. Of the total, 309 acres were tillable, and 45 acres were wooded. The cropland was grid-tiled and used to grow corn and soybeans.
